Deviant Digital executed a multi-channel growth play, which involved revamping Ledn’s site architecture and landing pages, scaling paid campaigns on Google and Meta (3X), optimizing organic search, and launching strategic partnership with some of the leading Crypto publishers in the industry (SimplyBitcoin, MilkRoad)
IN preparation for the World Wide Launch for their new game title “Triumph”, we were tasked with running several experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization KPIs. The team scaled paid media channels by 200% while maintaining a 5:1 LTV/CAC ratio. This resulted in first-time loan customers beating forecast by 41% in a recessionary environment. Sustainable growth gains driven by aligned efforts across marketing, product, and partnerships.
By repurposing their historical top performing creatives, rebuilding their campaign structure, and through ongoing optimizations, we were able to reduce Cost-Per-Install (CPI) by 23% and dramatically increase the percentage of In-App purchases by 15x.
