Deviant Digital partnered with Tamara to accelerate advertiser onboarding by crafting the go-to-market strategy for the GCC region, launching targeted campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, and developing merchant playbooks to scale ad performance.

Results
Merchant activation more than doubled YoY, with Tamara Ads delivering consistent ROAS above 5 across key verticals. The platform is now a go-to performance engine for MENA eCommerce brands—backed by strong creative, efficient spend, and rapid iteration.
By repurposing their historical top performing creatives, rebuilding their campaign structure, and through ongoing optimizations, we were able to reduce Cost-Per-Install (CPI) by 23% and dramatically increase the percentage of In-App purchases by 15x.
