What we did
Deviant Digital partnered with Tamatem's in-house user acquisition team to develop cross channel performance marketing strategies. Helped scale their Paid Social spend from c.$150K/quarter to c.$830K/quarter (>550% growth) by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Managed strategy, campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and creative optimization across their portfolio of game titles.
IN preparation for the World Wide Launch for their new game title “Triumph”, we were tasked with running several experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization KPIs. Following a comprehensive Growth Marketing audit of their paid and organic channels, we identified several areas of opportunity to improve ROI.

Results
Following extensive testing across “App Install”, “App Conversion”, “Retargeting", and "Re-engagement” campaigns, we were able to achieve the lowest "Cost Per Install" and highest ROAS/LTV in key GCC markets including Saudi Arabia. This led to several of Tamatem's titles consistently featuring in the top 10 app store charts regionally.
By repurposing their historical top performing creatives, rebuilding their campaign structure, and through ongoing optimizations, we were able to reduce Cost-Per-Install (CPI) by 23% and dramatically increase the percentage of In-App purchases by 15x.
