Deviant Digital optimized media buying across Meta, Google, YouTube, Bing, Snapchat, and TikTok—refining audience segmentation, deploying creative sprints, and optimizing channel-level budget allocation for peak seasonal performance. In addition, we successfully executed the Go-To-Market strategy for their new product launch of the electronics recycling box.
IN preparation for the World Wide Launch for their new game title “Triumph”, we were tasked with running several experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and monetization KPIs. Following a comprehensive Growth Marketing audit of their paid and organic channels, we identified several areas of opportunity to improve ROI.

Results
Black Friday shattered existing records with $84K in a single day and 7,488 bags sold—99% from DTC. Despite almost doubling spend, ROAS jumped by 45% since we began restructuring the accounts and optimizing campaigns. November became Trashie’s biggest month ever with 66,341 bags sold, fueling a landmark quarter in their circular fashion movement and helping them secure a new round of funding.
By repurposing their historical top performing creatives, rebuilding their campaign structure, and through ongoing optimizations, we were able to reduce Cost-Per-Install (CPI) by 23% and dramatically increase the percentage of In-App purchases by 15x.
