Deviant Digital optimized media buying across Meta, Google, YouTube, Bing, Snapchat, and TikTok. Following a comprehensive audit we refined audience segmentation, deploying creative sprints, and optimizing channel-level budget allocation for peak seasonal performance. In addition, we successfully executed the Go-To-Market strategy for their new product launch for the Tech-Take-Back-Box (electronics recycling box).

Black Friday shattered existing records with $84K in a single day and 7,488 bags sold—99% from DTC. Despite almost doubling spend, ROAS jumped by 45% since we began restructuring the accounts and optimizing campaigns. November became Trashie’s biggest month ever with 66,341 bags sold, fueling a landmark quarter in their circular fashion movement and helping them secure a new round of funding.
