Black Friday shattered existing records with $84K in a single day and 7,488 bags sold—99% from DTC. Despite almost doubling spend, ROAS jumped by 45% since we began restructuring the accounts and optimizing campaigns. November became Trashie’s biggest month ever with 66,341 bags sold, fueling a landmark quarter in their circular fashion movement and helping them secure a new round of funding.
