Following a comprehensive audit of their Acquisition channels, we identified several opportunities to improve performance. First we overhauled the tracking and reporting infrastructure so that we could accurately measure success. We improved Product-Channel Fit by identifying the optimal mix between Paid Social, Paid Search, and Organic channels. Finally we developed a rapid creative test and learn framework, and iterated on top performers.
Within a few short months, we reduced the Cost-Per-Click (CPC) on Google by 12%, and the Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) on Meta by 50%, leading to a 518% increase in cross-channel purchases (Paid Search, Paid Social, Email).
